【Now – 2/21】NTU System Cultural Foundation Subsidy Application for Tri-University Student Club Events (113 AY, 2nd Semester)

1. Basis for Subsidy

The subsidy follows the Principles for Applying for Subsidies from the NTU System Cultural Foundation for events jointly organized by the three universities in the NTU System.

3. Eligible Student Club Events

  1. Jointly Organized Events: Events must be co-hosted by student clubs from the three NTU System universities (NTU, NTNU, and NTUST) and primarily target faculty, staff, and students from these institutions. Profit-driven or recreational activities are not eligible. The number of participants from NTU, NTNU, and NTUST must be specified.
  2. Categories of Eligible Events:
    • International Exchange
    • Arts & Culture / Social Service
    • Large-Scale Inter-University Projects
      (Only lecturer fees will be subsidized under personnel expenses, while other costs will be reimbursed based on actual expenses.)
  3. Events Must Be Culture-Oriented: Topics should focus on cultural aspects, such as sports culture, artistic culture, or medical culture.

4. Event Implementation Period

March to September of the 114 Academic Year

5. Application Deadline

Until 17:00 on February 21, 114 Academic Year (Friday).

6. Application Procedure (Both Steps Required)

  1. Electronic Submission: Email the required documents to Ms. Jessica Chen at jessicachen0513@ntu.edu.tw.
  2. Hard Copy Submission: Submit the documents to the Student Activity Division (Ms. Jessica Chen).

Required Documents:

  • Attachment 1: Signed Subsidy Application Form
  • Proposal: Must focus on cultural topics and include a budget breakdown.
  • Participant Details: Specify the number of NTU, NTNU, and NTUST faculty, staff, and students involved.

7. Obligations & Timeline

  1. One Month Before the Event

  2. Within Two Weeks After the Event

    • Submit the financial settlement and final report.
  3. Final Report (Attachment 2)

    • Content should focus on cultural aspects and must include the term “culture” at least once in a segment of 100+ words (clearly marked).
    • Must include “Acknowledgment of support from the NTU System Cultural Foundation and National Taiwan University System” in a segment of 30+ words (clearly marked).
    • 10-20 event photos (high-resolution JPG files, submitted separately).
    • Electronic copies of all promotional materials and posters.
  4. Attachment 3: Financial Report

    • A detailed breakdown of event expenses and revenues.
